  5. Ive been using turmeric steam for the past 3 or 4 days to help with my shortness of breath. I had a chest X-ray done, and it showed no abnormalities. Im also following the medication suggested by my pulmonologist, which I found through this app. I dont have any cold, fever, or cough, but my doctor mentioned its likely due to acidity and anxiety. I still find myself needing to take a deep breath every few minutes. I dont eat much and only walk around my parking lot in the evenings due to the lockdown. I was using Duolin and Ease-Breath nebulizer treatments but stopped them to try the turmeric steam. Im currently taking RabletD and Ab-flo, with just two doses left. Does the turmeric steam actually help with shortness of breath, or should I go back to my nebulizer treatments?

Turmeric steam may provide some comfort but doesnt directly address shortness of breath caused by acidity or anxiety. Its good that your chest X-ray is normal and you're following your pulmonologists advice. Continue your prescribed medications (Rablet-D and AB-Flo), stay hydrated, and practice relaxation techniques to manage anxiety. If symptoms persist, follow up with your doctor.
