Hi Doc, for the past month, Ive been coughing up jelly-like mucus every time I cough. Its sticky and often sticks in my throat, making me clear my throat frequently. I think it might be related to some gastric issues, but otherwise, I don't feel any lung problems. I can walk and run normally without any trouble. Do you have any suggestions on what could be causing this? I'm attaching some pictures of the mucus for reference.
It sounds like you might be experiencing post-nasal drip or mucus production related to gastric reflux. While your lungs seem unaffected, I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to check for conditions like acid reflux or sinus issues. In the meantime, staying hydrated and avoiding triggers like spicy foods may help.
