Ive been using Betnovate C on my face for around a year now to control pimples and help with skin lightening. I apply it at night, but whenever I stop using it, pimples start appearing again. Some of my friends have mentioned that Betnovate C isn't good for long-term use. Could you advise me on what I should do? Is it safe to continue using it, or should I consider an alternative treatment?
