I've been trying out this NoFap challenge, where guys basically stop watching porn and don't masturbate. I've noticed some great benefits but I'm curious if there are any side effects from not masturbating or ejaculating for a long time. Should I be worried about anything?

I've been having this issue with my right nipple where it keeps getting dry and itchy off and on for a few weeks now. There's also this dry patch on the areola area, like dry skin. I try using moisturizer, and it helps a bit, but it goes back to being dry and itchy pretty quickly, especially after showering. There's no pain or bleeding, or anything else weird going on. Should I be worried about this? Does it sound serious?

I'm really worried about my hairline; it's receding and my hair is getting super thin. I went to see a doctor and he prescribed me Tricosilk Max 5, but I didnt notice any improvement, so I stopped seeing him. A while later, I started using Tricosilk again, but now that it's unavailable, I switched to Mintop 5. Is it okay to continue with this? Should I be doing something else?

I've been getting a lot of pimples and bumps on my cheeks and forehead lately, and it's really bothering me. I tried using Aclind BP 5 gel once a day at night and kept it on for about 3 to 4 hours before washing it off and applying moisturizer. It's been just three days, but my skin's turned red, and there's this itchiness and slight burning. I'm worried if I should stop using it? Any suggestions on how to get rid of these pimples?

That could be Acne Vulagaris which is because your skin might have become sensitive, visit Dermatologist for appropriate management and do not try to squeeze them.
