I've been struggling with really bad acne on my face, shoulders, and back for almost 10 years now. Recently, a doctor prescribed Azithromycin 250 mg tablets and Betnovate-N cream (Betamethasone 0.10 + Neomycin 0.5), but I havent seen much improvement. What else can I try to get rid of this acne? Please suggest.

it seems like acne vulgaris which is aggressive,and as azithromycin is not working on you have to switch to other group of drugs, no need to worry visit yuour dermatologist for alternate approach,consume balanced diet and more fruits for a better result,personal hygiene is important.
