I've been noticing some chest tightness over the past few days. Before that, I had this weird throat discomfort. It wasn't accompanied by any fever or cold symptoms, but I just felt like I needed to cough, though it wasn't exactly a cough and it seemed to settle down somehow. Anyway, this morning I woke up with a severe headache, and yesterday I ended up vomiting, but it was just gas, nothing serious. I felt slightly better afterward. Could you recommend any remedies for this?

I'm feeling under the weather with a fever today. I've heard mixed things about eating guava when you're sick. Some say it might make my fever worse, while others say it won't really impact my health. I'm not sure what to believe. Can you help me figure out if munching on some guava is a good idea or if I should steer clear?

I'm really worried about my condition. I've been dealing with typhoid for the last three months and was on monocef injections. Now, I'm constantly getting a low-grade fever between 99 and 100, especially after even a small amount of exertion, though it gets better with rest. I was just told I have a vitamin D deficiency with a level of 7.3 from the CLIA method, and my blood pressure seems low too. I'm not currently taking any medication. What could be causing all of this, and what should I do next?

I'm a bit concerned about my temperature readings. They're usually between 98.6 and 99.2, but most often fall between 98.5 and 98.8. I'm not feeling feverish or anything, but should I be worried? Is this considered a fever?

A normal oral body temperature ranges from 97.7F to 99.5F, so your temperature readings (98.5-99.2F) are within the normal range, and it's unlikely to be a fever, especially if you're not experiencing any feverish symptoms
