Ive been noticing foamy stools on and off for the past month. Its not constant, but it happens every other day. My stomach also feels bloated all the time, whether I eat or not. What could be the reason for this?
You have indigestion, bloating sensation, is suggestive symptom..... You have soft food items like rice, dal, buttermilk, curd.... Avoid spicy food s, junk outside foods.... Drink lot of water... Practice healthy lifestyle... Have meals at regular time, don't skip meals.
