I've been having some issues after having unprotected sex about 3 months ago. My penis is looking a bit shiny and there's this itching, plus sometimes it burns a bit when I touch the foreskin. Im getting pretty worried. I want to get tested for all STDs and STIs in Kolkata. Can you point me in the right direction for this?

View allI'm really concerned because it seems like the skin on my penis is growing and closing over the top. There are also a few cuts, and the skin doesnt move down like it used to, which is making things really uncomfortable. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin is too tight and cannot be fully retracted over the head of the penis. This can lead to cuts and difficulty retracting the foreskin. I recommend using a topical steroid cream such as Betamethasone 0.05% to help reduce inflammation and loosen the foreskin. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the tight area twice a day for several weeks. If the condition does not improve or if you experience worsening symptoms, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

I have a 10mm stone in my right kidney and a 5mm one in my left kidney will these pass on their own or do I need surgery?
A 10mm kidney stone is unlikely to pass on its own and will likely require surgical intervention. A 5mm stone has a higher chance of passing naturally, but it's also possible that it may require treatment depending on the individual's situation

I'm a bit worried about my situation. When my penis is flaccid, I can easily pull the foreskin back. Is this normal? Should I be keeping it rolled back all the time, or is there a reason to be concerned?
Its normal for the foreskin to be easily pulled back when the penis is flaccid, as long as it doesnt cause discomfort or pain. It's not necessary to keep the foreskin rolled back all the time unless advised by a healthcare provider, as it may lead to irritation or other issues. Regular hygiene is important to prevent infections.
