I'm really worried because I'm diabetic with an FBS of 200 and I've noticed that I'm getting sensitive areas under the foreskin, which is prominent after intercourse. I'm uncircumcised and have been using Surbraz TZ cream for about two years to help subside the cuts, but it keeps recurring. My routine urine tests always come back normal, but sometimes my wife ends up with a UTI after we've been intimate. We've tried using Zocon T, and it helps temporarily, but the symptoms keep returning. I've seen a lot of skin and VD specialists, but no one has been able to provide a solution. I understand this might be related to my diabetes, but there's got to be some kind of cure or long-term solution, right? What should I do next?

Consider consulting a urologist or a diabetes specialist for personalized guidance, as your symptoms suggest a possible connection to balanitis, a common condition in uncircumcised diabetic men, characterized by inflammation and irritation under the foreskin; in addition to managing your diabetes, practicing good genital hygiene, and using topical creams like Surfraz TZ, explore other treatment options like circumcision, laser therapy, or antifungal medications, and address your wife's recurrent UTIs through a urologist or gynecologist to prevent further complications.

I've got a question about my ultrasound report. There's a 6mm calculus in my right lower ureter, just 1 cm away from the UVJ. I'm kind of worried about whether I really need laparoscopic surgery for this. Any advice on what I should do?

Body imbalance can be frustrating. *Causes:* 1. Muscle imbalances 2. Poor posture 3. Uneven workout routine 4. Injuryoveruse *Fixing Uneven Traps:* 1. Identify and adjust uneven exercises (e.g., rows, shoulder presses) 2. Target weaker side with additional setsreps 3. Incorporate balancing exercises: - Reverse fly - Lateral raises - Shrugs (focus on weaker side) 4. Strengthen core and shoulder stabilizers 5. Consider consulting a personal trainer or physical therapist *Specific Tips:* 1. Switch grip or stance to engage both sides equally 2. Use lighter weights and focus on controlled movements 3. Increase volume on weaker side (more setsreps) 4. Stretch and foam roll regularly

I'm 13 and from Pune. I've been in the habit of masturbating daily, sometimes more than once, and now I'm worried because the skin on my penis has been pulled back. It seems like I've kind of circumcised myself due to all the rubbing, and it's freaking me out a bit. It's awkward because I don't know what my parents would think if they saw it. It's really stressing me out that my penis is now without foreskin. What should I do?

-It's understandable to feel upset, but it's important to remember that this is a natural part of growing up and not something to be ashamed of. You might want to talk to a trusted adult, like a doctor or parent, who can help you understand what's happeni

I'm facing a really painful issue. Every time I have sex or my partner gives me oral, my foreskin tears, and it's really hurting a lot. It's especially painful if I try to have sex within the next day or two after it happens. It usually takes around 23 days for it to heal completely. What can I do about this, and is there a way to prevent it from happening in the first place?

don't to like that
