the very basic your need to understand that masturbation is only food for pleasure and stress relief. Apart from that there is no advantage of that. And yea there are side effects of that if you practice it daily like the way you ate feeling now. Just to assure you everyone would feel the same after the process. It should not be practiced not.more than 5 Times a week. This whole thing is letting you down because you're letting it take on you. This is just a part of life which you're thinking it as threat to life nope it isn't that way. And the investigations would be definitely normal because there is nothing to find except the only thought you have in your mind. Take it off and go in with system you'll definitely get relief.
