Ive been getting a lot of pimples on my forehead lately. Ive tried using Tretiva 20 mg, Isac 20 mg, and right now Im on Zathrin 500. But nothing seems to be working well. Can you suggest a good and safe medicine that might help clear up my skin?

Acne or pimples is due to oily skin..few hormonal changes also causes.. certain food items like ice-cream, chocolate, sweets also increases it..
