I've been experiencing some breathing problems and chest pain, and sometimes I have a blocked nose too which makes it hard to breathe. Also, I've started having some back pain. I'm a bit worried about these symptoms and wondering if they could be connected. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

View allI'm 22 and whenever I walk up and down the stairs, I get quite breathless. Can you suggest what I can do to help improve my airflow? Also, what kind of tests should I consider to pinpoint the issue? I've heard about the ABD testwould that be relevant for these symptoms? Plus, even a short 5-minute dance leaves me out of breath. Any advice would be really helpful.

I'm really struggling with this issue and it's been over a year now. I've seen several doctors - 3 ENT specialists and 2 DTCD doctors. My main issue is this constant feeling of congestion and mucus in my throat. It doesn't bother me at night or when I'm sleeping, but during the day, it feels like I always need to clear my throat. A chest specialist recently prescribed me the Aerocart inhaler, which I used three times a day for 10 days, then twice daily, and finally once a day, but after 30 days, there was no improvement. They then suggested I try Theo Asthalin tablets twice a day, but it's been 2 days and still no change. What should I do next? This is really starting to worry me.

I'm really concerned about my father's health. His chest X-ray and CT scan show viral pneumonia, and even though his COVID test came back negative, the pulmonologist suggested repeating it because there might be a false negative. He's been admitted to a hospital and they're giving him five tablets all at once. Could you help me understand what these tablets are for?
