Ive been experiencing a sharp, extreme pain in my clitoral area and lower abdomen every time I urinate. It feels like its about to explode for a minute, and the pain is very intense but then subsides after a few minutes. I still feel mild pain in my abdomen even after Im done urinating. This could be a sign of a urinary tract infection (UTI). I recommend taking an antibiotic such as Ciprofloxacin. Additionally, you can take Phenazopyridine, to help relieve the pain and discomfort while urinating. Make sure to drink plenty of water to help flush out the bacteria causing the infection.
