I've been diagnosed with TB, but my report said something about pulmonary kost. They found pleural fluid in my lungs and did tapping to drain it. Now, I'm experiencing some aches from the scarring. I'm trying to understand what the exact name of my disease is. Is it tuberculosis? What type is it? Or is it something completely different like pneumonia? How are these terms connected? Also, what's the root cause of this issue Im having? Can I have cold food now or after I finish my medication? I'm curious about ways to prevent this from happening again in the future. I had this disease over a year ago and was on medication for about six months. After that, I was mostly okay, just some aches here and there, which the doctor said is normal. Then, a month later, I got diagnosed again with the fluid in my lungs. Why did it come back? Is it dangerous?

View allI'm having trouble breathing for the past two months. It feels like I'm not getting enough oxygen to my head or legs, and my throat feels heavy with some chest discomfort. I've also had a cold for the same duration, but it's more of a stuffed nose than a runny nose. Antibiotics didnt help much. My doctor did an ECG and X-ray, and everything came out fine. She mentioned it might be an allergy and prescribed Allegra and some acid reflux meds for ten days. I felt better but not fully recovered. I stopped the medication on May 18th and can still do an hour of exercise daily, but the cold persists. There's a post-nasal drip, and the mucus feels stuck in my throat. I'm also finding my breaths shallow, needing to take deep breaths occasionally. What should I do next?

I've just gotten my X-ray report back and it mentions something about my bronchovascular area. Everything else in the X-ray seems fine. I don't have any cough, haven't been smoking or drinking, and really don't have any bad habits. Can you help me understand what it means? Is this something I should be worried about?
Prominent bronchovascular markings include lung infection, asthma and oneumonia, cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension etc. Tab augmentin 625mg ,orally, twice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.

I'm a bit worried because it's been a month since I had COVID, and now I'm experiencing breathing issues. Its strange because when I tested positive, I didn't have any breathing problems at all. Do you know why this might be happening now?
there might be chest congestion, if it is too much difficulty of breathing do chest xray
