I've been having this really uncomfortable chest tightness and trouble with breathing. My cardiologist didn't find any heart issues, but I'm also dealing with this weird nasal stuffiness and a heavy feeling from the top of my nose towards the back of my head. On top of that, I feel like something's choking me in my throat, and there's a tightness in my neck. Plus, I get dizzy sometimes. What do you think could be going on? I'm kinda starting to worry.

I'm curious about how long I can safely use Furamist AZ spray. I don't use it every day, just occasionally when I get those annoying allergy sneezes. Is there a limit to how often I should be using it?

You can use it as SOS no problem.

I've got this white, pearly, bumpy papule-like growth on my right tonsil. It doesn't hurt, but I can really feel it when I'm swallowing, like there's something stuck in my throat. I've also noticed a slight ache in my right ear. What could this be?

I'm experiencing really intense pain on one side of my face and I've just started swimming. It began with a slight cold but has gotten way worse over the last couple of days. Could you suggest any immediate medication that might help? I'm planning on seeing the doctor tomorrow, but until then, any advice would be great. I've tried taking steam but it only helped a little bit and the pain is still really bad.

Drinking alcohol can also worsen the swelling of the lining of the sinuses and nose. Moisten your sinus cavities. Drape a towel over your head as you breathe in the vapor from a bowl of hot water. Keep the vapor directed toward your face. Or take a hot shower, breathing in the warm, moist air. This will help ease pain and help mucus drain. Apply warm compresses to your face.
