I've been dealing with wheezing and a cold since last night. I took azithromycin 500 and a tablet with serratiopeptidase and diclofenac sodium, but now the wheezing has gotten worse. Should I consider taking methylprednisolone to help with the wheezing?

View allAfter smoking for 6 years, I've managed to quit and haven't touched a cigarette for the past 9 months. I'm really curious and a bit worried about whether the tar has cleared from my lungs by now. If it's still there, how long will it take to fully clear out? Do you think my lungs will ever be as healthy as they were before I started smoking?
yes it will become normal , it will almost take a year

I've got this horrible chest congestion, and coughing is just unbearable because my whole chest hurts. Plus, there's this wheezing sound like a lion's roar every time I exhale. This all started after I decided to run for about five minutes, and it was my first attempt after nearly three months. I used to smoke but quit a year ago. I'm really worried about what's happening. Could you help me understand this?
start azithromycine 500mg for 5 days

I've been dealing with a cough for about two weeks now. It kicked off as a loose and pretty bad one, but lately, it's turned into a dry cough. I notice it's really severe when I take deep breaths. Can you suggest what might be going on or what I should do?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a persistent cough that has transitioned from a productive (loose) cough to a dry cough. For your dry cough, you can try taking **Dextromethorphan** (such as Robitussin DM) at a dosage of 10-20 mg every 4 hours as needed to suppress the cough reflex. Additionally, you can use a throat lozenge with **Benzocaine** to help soothe your throat irritation. Make sure to stay hydrated and consider using a humidifier to add moisture to the air, which can help alleviate your cough symptoms. If your cough persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
