I've been dealing with wheezing and a cold since last night. I took azithromycin 500 and a tablet with serratiopeptidase and diclofenac sodium, but now the wheezing has gotten worse. Should I consider taking methylprednisolone to help with the wheezing?

Here's the thingwhenever the weather changes, I end up with this nasty cold and a bad cough with green phlegm, and there's a little chest pain too. The Montair LC helps a bit, but it makes me super sleepy afterward. Could you recommend something that might help without making me feel so drowsy?

I've been experiencing a dry cough for a couple of weeks now and just recently started noticing thick blood streaks in my sputum when I clear my throat in the morning. I'm a bit worried since I've been smoking for about three years, although I stopped when this started happening. Should I be concerned about this?
U should consult ENT for proper checkup

I've been having some trouble with my breathing for the last couple of months. It feels like I'm trying to take deep breaths, but the oxygen isn't reaching my stomach, and this happens all day long. Usually, my SpO2 level is above 98, but when I'm having this issue, it drops by about 12 points. However, when I wake up in the morning and check with an oximeter, it shows 99 or 100 for about a minute. I do brisk walking for an hour every morning, and while I feel a bit short of breath, its not too bad. I dont have a fever, and an HRCT scan only showed a tiny linear fibrotic band in my right lung, which my doctor says isnt anything serious. All my tests like CBC, Lipid Profile, ECG, LFT, KFT, CRP, ESR, Thyroid, and Urine Examination are normal. My Spirometry test was normal too. I do tend to have high blood pressure, and my fasting glucose level was 107, but my HbA1c is 5. I'm really worried. What should I do?
it might be because of anxiety, try doing some yoga kind of exercises
