I'm experiencing some concerning symptoms after being prescribed certain medicines for my breathing issues and high IGE levels. I've been taking Omnacortil, starting at 40 mg and tapering down, but after finishing the 30 mg dose yesterday, I decided not to take it today because I've been having blurred vision, confusion, and feeling really weak. I've also stopped taking Histafree M two days ago, and I finished my course of L Cin 500. The only thing I'm still taking is Zincovit. Could these symptoms be caused by the medication, or is there something else going on? I'm really worried and would love some advice.

My mom is dealing with Bronchial Asthma and I'm really worried. She recently had surgery to remove air from her lungs, but there's still some left according to the X-ray. She's a bit overweight and tries to walk every day, but she gets breathless after just a few steps. Can you suggest what might help her with this?

I recently tested positive and went through home quarantine, and I'm fully recovered now. I'm feeling normal overall, but I've noticed something a bit strange. Sometimes I see black particles in my phlegm, not entirely black, just some black bits mixed in. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it not a big deal?
