I've been dealing with shortness of breath for the past year, and it's getting worse lately. It's gotten to the point where I'm out of breath just walking around my house. What could be causing this, and is it something I should be worried about?

I'm really worried about this chronic cough I have, especially at night. It seems to be getting worse and causing some respiratory issues. Could it be related to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease? What should I be looking out for, and is there anything I can do to manage these symptoms better at home?

I'm really concerned about this shortness of breath I've been having for the past 10 days. My oxygen saturation is between 97 and 98, but I don't feel it when I'm walking quickly and I sleep just fine. I had mild COVID symptoms back in October 2020, and the shortness of breath was there until December, but everything's been alright for the past 3.5 months. I even got a CT scan through my pulmonologist, and everything seemed okay. But what's weird is if my mind is busy, I don't notice it, and if I try to take a deep breath on purpose, I just can't. What might be going on?

it might be due to anxiety

I'm really worried about my brother who's been covid positive for a week now. He had a fever for the first few days, but now that's gone and he's got this dry cough. We got some tests done and I've got the chest X-ray results, but the doctor can only see us next Sunday and today is Thursday. The report mentions something about inhomogeneous opacities at both mid and lower zones, and it also says there's a bilateral pulmonary inflammatory lesion. Should we be waiting till Sunday to see our doctor or do you think it's better to check with another doctor sooner? Id really appreciate your advice on what this might mean and how to proceed.

Tab Azithromycin 500mg orally, once daily for 5 days is advised to the patient. Also tab paracetamol 500mg sos for fever, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days, syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice daily for 5 days and steam inhalation is advised to the patient.
