  5. Ive been dealing with a problem for about a month now where I cant pass stools completely. I feel like Im straining but its like my bowels arent emptying fully. Im also feeling tired and sleepy all the time. Theres pain on the right side of my stomach and in my back area. Im coughing more than usual too, and sometimes my lips feel a little burned. I constantly feel the urge to go to the bathroom, but when I get there, the urge seems to slow down. I also feel like I cant pass gas completely, and sometimes I can feel it moving around in my stomach. On top of that, my mouth tastes weird sometimes. Im not sure whats going onany idea?
