I've been dealing with this chest pain since March last year. Initially, my doctor said it was costochondritis, and all my tests like X-rays and CT scans came back normal. But recently, whenever I do chest exercises or stretching, the pain gets worse. It's really starting to freak me out. Can someone explain why this is happening and when I might start feeling normal again?

My mom has had arthritis for 15 years and is on medication but hasn't had any surgery. What kind of home exercise equipment would be best for her would an elliptical or treadmill be okay for her condition?

I've been having this shifting back pain for a while now. Sometimes it's below my right shoulder, other times it's above my waist or even right on the waist. It's not unbearable but definitely bothersome. I've tried using Crocine Advance, Move ointment, and Fast Relief but they haven't really helped. I usually take Bcosule Z and Atenol50, and for the past month, I've been on Ostocalcium. Should I be worried or try something different? What could be causing this shifting pain?

It sounds like your back pain could be related to musculoskeletal issues, posture, or even early signs of bone health concerns like osteoporosis. The calcium you're taking is a good step, but a full evaluation by a doctor (likely a orthopedic specialist, or neurologist, physiotherapist) is recommended to get to the root of the problem and receive appropriate treatment. Make sure to continue with gentle stretching, focus on posture, and consider physical therapy if the pain continues. If the pain worsens or new symptoms develop, its important to consult a specialist for further evaluation.

I'm really worried about this report I got. It says there's a swelling on the dorsum of my left hand, with lots of polymorphs and macrophages, along with some debris. The report mentions a negative result for acid-fast bacilli, and recommends a PCR test for M. tuberculosis and a culture and sensitivity test. I'm not sure what all of this means or what I should do next. Could you help me understand the situation and what the best steps are to take from here? I'm feeling pretty anxious about it.
