I'm thinking about getting an oximeter to keep track of my blood oxygen levels, but I'm not sure which one to go for. Can you give me some advice on choosing the right oximeter? What should I be looking for to make sure it's accurate and reliable?

I've been dealing with a bad cough for about a week now and I already took azithral for 5 days once a day. The thing is, for the past 3 days, I've noticed that my morning sputum has streaks of blood in it, even though the cough has gotten a bit better but it's not totally gone. My spouse has had a dry cough for the past two months. It's not constant or really severe, but it's been lingering for a while now. It all started with a fever and wet cough for two days, but now it's just a dry cough. He's been on medication for a week, and although its improved a bit, it hasn't completely gone away. Oddly enough, he sometimes starts coughing after drinking water. I'm really hoping to find a permanent solution to this. Could you help us figure out what might be going on?
