I'm wondering if having a habit of daily masturbation is good or bad for me. How do I control or stop it if it's not a healthy practice? Are there any harms associated with it?

Daily masturbation can be a normal and healthy part of human sexuality, but excessive or compulsive masturbation can lead to negative effects such as fatigue, decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, guilt, shame, and neglect of responsibilities; to control or stop, try setting boundaries, practicing self-control, engaging in alternative activities, and seeking professional help if needed.

View allI'm really worried because after having sex with my girlfriend a few days ago, I've noticed something strange. There's this muscle or bump that's appeared on the top back part of my penis. It's been bothering me so much that I haven't been able to sleep for the past couple of nights. Does anyone know what might be going on, or what steps I should take to deal with this? I could really use some advice.

I've been constantly feeling the need to pee and it burns after I go, and this has been happening for almost a month now. My sugar test, urine routine, urine culture, and whole abdomen ultrasound already came back normal. I took antibiotics twice a day for 10 days, and they did help for a while, but then the symptoms came back. I'm currently taking Pyridium 200 thrice a day, Citra soda twice a day, and K Cit syrup twice a day to help with the burning, but the urge to urinate is still there all the time. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
