I've been worried because back when I was a teenager, I was really into musterbation and didn't realize it could be harmful. Now I'm dealing with low sperm count and erectile dysfunction, and I'm concerned because my penis veins seem lifeless. Plus, there's always this watery discharge when I'm erect. I went to the doctor, and they said my sperm count is only 10 million. What should I do?

-Masturbation isn't harmful unless excessive, but your symptoms suggest hormonal or vascular issues affecting sperm count (10 million is low) and erectile function. Consult a urologist or andrologist for tests like testosterone levels, penile Doppler, and

I'm having trouble with not being able to release sperm when having sex. I get an erection when I take Suhagra 50, but I can't seem to ejaculate. My wife and I are trying to have a baby, and she's on medication for it. The doctor advised us to have sex over the next few days, but I'm struggling because I can't finish without releasing sperm. What can I do about this?

I've had kidney stones for years and now have a large 29 mm stone stuck in my left ureter near the bladder plus two smaller ones in my left kidney. My ultrasound shows mild hydronephrosis too. I've been using homeopathic meds like Berberis and Cantharis but not sure if they're helping. Can alcohol or beer actually help pass these stones or should I consider surgery given the size of the big one? Is medicine alone enough or do I need other treatment options?

Given the size of the kidney stone (29mm) and the presence of hydronephrosis, surgery is likely the best treatment option. While some homeopathic remedies like Berberis and Cantharis might provide some relief, they are unlikely to be sufficient to remove the stone or address the hydronephrosis. Alcohol or beer may not significantly aid stone passage, and could even worsen the pain and discomfort
