I'm wondering about the benefits of gargling with either iodine salt in warm water or using a betadine solution. Which one do you think is more effective in terms of results, and why? I'm really curious about how they compare to each other.

I've been dealing with this issue where one side of my nose is always blocked because of inferior turbinate hypertrophy.
