I'm trying to figure out when I can get a cardiac activity scan. My last menstrual period was on December 30th, 2020. Can you help me understand when it's the right time to schedule that scan?

I'm really struggling with jock itch and it's been a nightmare for the past 23 years. I've seen countless doctors, and they've all told me to use creams like Panderm, Dermikem, or to take Fluconazole tablets. They seem to work while I'm using them, but as soon as I stop, the problem comes roaring back. The skin on my inner thighs gets super thin and crazy itchy. These creams help temporarily, but the symptoms always come back. On top of this, I've gained some weight, and my face looks puffy and swollen. I'm also noticing stretch marks on my shoulders and knees, and I just feel tired and weak all the time. I'm really in a tough spot here. What can I do to finally get rid of this? Its becoming unbearable.

I'm masturbating daily and I'm a bit worried about whether this frequency might affect my sperm count. Plus, I've noticed I've got quite a few pimples on my face. I'm wondering if there might be a connection between masturbation and acne. Could you give me some advice on this?

Masturbating once a day is considered a normal and healthy frequency; research suggests that frequent ejaculation, including masturbation, may not significantly impact sperm count or fertility in healthy males; however, excessive masturbation (multiple times a day) may lead to temporary decreased sperm count, but this effect is reversible; regarding pimples, there is no direct scientific link between masturbation and acne

Can you recommend a good fairness cream for skin whitening that's suitable for acne-prone skin and won't break the bank? I have dry skin that gets oily in the summer. I'm using Retin-A 0.025% and azelaic acid right now. I'm hoping to improve my skin texture, and I'd really appreciate your advice!

For fairness and skin whitening cream suitable for acne-prone skin with a combination of dry and oily skin, I recommend using "Cetaphil Pro Dermacontrol Oil Absorbing Moisturizer SPF 30". This moisturizer is non-comedogenic, lightweight, and helps to control oil production while providing sun protection. Additionally, you can consider using "Kojic Acid Cream" to help lighten dark spots and enhance skin texture. Make sure to apply the moisturizer in the morning and the kojic acid cream at night for best results.
