I'm really worried because I've been experiencing reduced sexual arousal for about 34 months now. Also, I've been taking medication for PCOD for the past 6 months, and my periods never come on their own anymoreI have to rely on that medication. Lately, I've also been dealing with vaginal dryness during intercourse, along with severe hair loss and persistent weakness. What could be causing all these issues?

It sounds like youre experiencing a combination of symptoms, including reduced sexual arousal, vaginal dryness, hair loss, and weakness, which could be related to your PCOD and the medications you're taking. Hormonal imbalances in PCOD can affect sexual function and cause dryness. It's important to discuss these symptoms with your doctor, who may adjust your treatment plan or explore additional solutions to manage these issues.

So, my boyfriend and I are kind of new to having sex, and last night we used a condom, but it broke. He's using those Trojan ultra thin ones. He hadnt ejaculated, only pre-cum, and he did go to the bathroom several times after his last ejaculation, so he wasnt too worried about any leftover semen. The condom broke right at the tip, and we quickly got a Plan B pill, but this is the third time weve relied on Plan B, though its our first time this year. Should we be worried about me possibly getting pregnant?

I'm trying to get pregnant, and I've missed my period for over 25 days now. My last period was on January 16th. I did both a sonography and a urine pregnancy test, and both came back negative. My doctor suggested I take Deviry tablets, 10mg, two tabs a day, but there's still no sign of my period. This has never happened to me before. Could I still be pregnant somehow? I'm also starting to feel really nauseous and weak. What could be going on?

-It's possible to be pregnant even with a negative test, as sometimes the test may not detect the pregnancy early enough. However, since you're feeling nausea and weakness, it's worth consulting with your doctor for further tests or to reassess your situa

I've been having really heavy periods that last 10 to 18 days with clots and bad cramps. My ultrasound showed a bulky uterus measuring 73x47x55 mm with a 12-13 mm endometrial echo. There's also a simple cyst on my right ovary around 30x14 mm. Should I consider surgery for this or are there other options?

You need hysteroscopy and D&C. If you completed your family then you can go for mirena insertion.
