I'm really worried because I think I might have paraphimosis. My foreskin is stuck and it's formed this ring with some swelling. Is there any way I can treat this at home or should I see a doctor?

Paraphimosis can restrict blood flow to the glans penis( head ),potentially leading to tissue damage if left untreated. Therefore, while some home remedies may provide temporary relief , definitive treatment should be performed by a specialist .

View allI'm trying to figure out the best time to drink milk. Should I have it in the morning or at night? Also, is it okay to drink milk right after dinner, or should I wait a bit? I've got a mixed pitta dominant and vata prakrati, so I'm wondering if milk is good for me. Plus, when I have acidity, is it recommended to drink milk? And what about when I'm constipated is milk a good idea then?
It's good to have milk at your comfortable time, except when you have constipation issues you try to avoid it

My penis foreskin moved behind the head during intercourse while using a condom, so the head was visible, got red and a bit bigger, but then went back to normal after a while when I pulled the foreskin back forward. There's no pain and everything looks normal now. Is this something to worry about?
Normal.

I've been thinking about using ashwagandha, shatavari, kaunch beej, and safed musli powder as supplements, but I'm worried about how safe they are for my liver and kidneys if I take them for a long time. I'm 24, male, and unmarried. Could you let me know if it's safe and how I should take them?
As a 24-year-old male, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Kaunch Beej, and Safed Musli powder are generally considered safe for kidneys and liver in moderation; to use them long-term, consult an Ayurvedic expert for personalized guidance, but a common approach is to cycle them for 3-4 months, followed by a 1-2 month break, and start with a small dose (12 teaspoon) twice a day, mixed with milk or water, and gradually increase as needed and under expert supervision.
