I'm really worried because I had an allergic bronchitis attack about 5 years ago, and now it feels like the same thing happened again last night. My breathing airways got blocked, and I had this wheezing sound coming from my chest the whole time. I couldn't sleep at all. The last time this happened, I used an Albuterol inhaler to get through it. Should I stick with that again, or is there something else I should do?

I've been diagnosed with TB lymphadenitis and I'm a bit confused about my medication routine. Right now, I take Rcnex in the morning, then Ethambutol after breakfast, and Pyrazinamide after lunch. Initially, my fever was quite constant, and I had to take four paracetamol tablets a day, but now I just need one. I'm worried because a drug sensitivity test wasn't done. I'm feeling a bit unsure about my diagnosis and the treatment I've been prescribed.
