I was diagnosed with COVID about 16 days ago and spent 3 days in the hospital. They sent me home once my CRP level was below 2. Now, 10 days later, my CRP is at 4.4. I'm taking Medrol 16 mg and Ecosprin 150 mg, but its gone up. Should I be concerned about this increase?

I'm not sure what's going on with me today. After having chicken, curd, and veg pulav for lunch, I suddenly got super sleepy and tired. I tried to nap, but it wasn't great sleep. Now Im dealing with body aches, a headache, shivering, and chills. My body feels a little warm, but thankfully there's no nausea or stomach ache. Do you have any advice on how to feel better and get my energy back? Id really appreciate some detailed insights.

First thing is eat well, eat after getting hungry. Chew the food properly. For some day try avoiding non veg. I can understood that your body is trying hard to digest. The warmth you feel is nothing but a sign that your body works a lot. Say for eg, you are not hungry. Which states that you stomach is not ready to digest anything, it lacks enzyme for digestion at that time. When you eat heavy food that time, body tried hard to digest what you have eat. Stomach is need need to get more blood supply for more functioning. Which leads to poor blood supply to brain. Which is why many person feel sleepy after heavy food intake. Understand the digestion physiology and eat accordingly. Try taking Lemon, orange, pinapple, grape, amla soups at 12pm afternoon. It may act as an appetizer. Don't eat anything after breakfast.

We're planning to adopt a child and need to get a medical certificate for the adoption process with CARA. It should say we're not dealing with any chronic illnesses and are fit and healthy. We're wondering, should we go to a general physician or a gynaecologist for this? And what kind of medical tests are usually involved? Would really appreciate any advice.

Clove oil can be quite potent and potentially irritating, especially if used undiluted or in excess. The darkening of your lips and mouth, along with the skin peeling off, suggests a chemical burn or irritation. _Immediate Remedies_ 1. _Stop using clove oil_: Discontinue using clove oil on your gums immediately. 2. _Curd or yogurt_: Continue applying curd or yogurt to the affected area for its cooling and soothing effects. 3. _Aloe vera gel_: Apply aloe vera gel to the affected area to help soothe and calm the skin. 4. _Coconut oil_: Gently apply coconut oil to the affected area to help moisturize and protect the skin. 5. _Topical antibiotic cream_: Apply a topical antibiotic cream, like Neosporin or Bacitracin, to the affected area to prevent infection. _Oral Care Alternatives_ 1. _Desensitizing toothpaste_: Switch to a desensitizing toothpaste, like Sensodyne, to help alleviate gum recession. 2. _Saltwater rinse_: Rinse your mouth with warm saltwater several times a day to help reduce inflammation and promote healing. _When to Seek Medical Attention_ 1. _Severe pain_: If you experience severe pain or discomfort in the affected area. 2. _Increased redness or swelling_: If the affected area becomes increasingly red, swollen, or inflamed. 3. _Pus or discharge_: If you notice pus or discharge from the affected area. 4. _Fever_: If you have a fever above 101.5F (38.6C).

I've been taking B complex tablets because my B12 level was low, and I've noticed my urine turning bright yellow afterward. I'm a bit worried and unsure if this is happening because of the supplement or if I should be concerned about something else. Is yellow urine normal after taking B complex, or should I be worried?

yes
