I'm really worried about my sister. She's been dealing with whooping cough and a bit of trouble breathing. We first saw a pulmonologist who said it might be because of her high white blood cell count, which is at 17,000. He gave her Hetrazan 100 and Cefpo 200 a week ago, but she's still coughing a lot. Today, we went to see a more senior pulmonologist and he thinks it might actually be asthma. He prescribed things like duolin rotacaps, seroflo rotacaps 250, levosalbutamol, ipratropium bromide, and mebendazole. I'm just confusedis this because of the high white blood cell count or is it asthma?

View allI've noticed my SPO2 levels are usually around 92-94, especially after swimming, even if it's late in the evening. I have sleep apnea and I'm using the Foracort 200 inhaler twice a day. I used to have wheezing problems, but thankfully, that's not an issue anymore. Should I be worried about my oxygen levels getting worse because of sleep apnea? Is it normal for someone with this condition to have lower SPO2, and how much of a concern is this?
the SPO2 of 92 is okay. donot worry much ,if you are having any symptoms like breathlessness then contact a doctor

My relative has been experiencing severe back pain for the past three days and the doctor suggested an HRCT scan to check for Covid-19. The results showed a few parenchymal fibrotic bands, but everything else looks normal. I'm quite concerned about what this could mean. Could you give us some advice on what steps we should take next, or if theres anything specific we should be cautious about?
it is normal only, if you are having symptoms related to breathing, kindly consult a pulmonologist

So I've been able to exercise for quite a while without issues, and my peak flow readings are always solid, like around 550-600, and I'm 17 and about 174 cm tall. But lately, I've got this minor cold, and I've noticed something weird. When I breathe normally, I don't hear anything strange, but when I try to exhale really fast and hard, there's this wheezing sound. Is that normal? Could it just be anxiety causing this wheeze? Just trying to get some clarity on what's happening.
you can exercise for 1 hour. anxiety will not cause wheezing
