I'm really worried about my 1-year-9-month-old who's been showing signs of pneumonia. The doctor already gave her a dose of nebulization and some antibiotics, but she's still in pain and having trouble breathing. Is it okay if I give her a second dose of nebulization after four hours?

I'm really concerned about my 2.5-year-old son who seems to be having a lot of weather change allergies. Our doctor often prescribes him nebulization with Duolin and saline water.
