I'm really struggling with a persistent dry cough since I had COVID about a year ago. I've tried all sorts of syrups and tablets, but nothing seems to fully get rid of it. What do you think I should do next? Any specific medicines you could recommend?

I've been dealing with a really bad headache, and I've started wheezing deep in my chest. It actually hurts when I breathe. Any idea what's going on? Could it be something serious?
it might be sinusitis. take foracort inhaler and steam inhalation
