I'm dealing with a lung issue here. My right lung got injured because I was coughing a lot, and the doctor had to operate and put a tube in. Now it's healed up, but the x-ray shows my right lung is full of water. Is there a way to get rid of it with just medicine? What should I do?

View allI'm really worried because I've been having some trouble with my breathing and caught a cold, so my doctor had me get a CT scan. It says "no significant abnormality detected," but Im still feeling off. Can you help me understand what might be going on? Could there be something else causing my symptoms that's not showing up on the scan?
probably you might have high cough or increased sputum ,to rule out some respiratory causes they would have taken CT scan

I recently had an x-ray done and it showed a scar on my lungs. The report mentioned it's an old TB scar that's not currently active. Is there any treatment or medicine available to help get rid of this scar and have a clear lung x-ray? Also, I'm trying to understand the PPD test better. If there's swelling in my arm with a red area around the injection site but no noticeable bump, would that be considered a positive result?
U cannot remove old TB scar from chest xray.

I'm trying to understand the details of my recent report. It mentions my heart size is normal, my lungs show prominent broncho vascular markings, and both domes and costophrenic angles are clear. Can you explain what this all means and if theres anything I should be concerned about?
means normal report..but has to be clinically correlated..
