  5. I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy and was diagnosed with thyroid issues in the first trimester. I've been on medication since then, but my thyroid level is now at 11.7, and Im really worried. My second ultrasound was normal, and the baby is doing well, but I still feel anxious. Can you guide me on how to manage this, and also help with any dietary changes that could improve my thyroid levels during pregnancy?

.Well your tsh levels are still high and you definitely need to take treatment for your hypothyroidism..I would suggest you to meet a gynecologist and start the recommended treatment as you are pregnant..You don't have to worry as with the correction you can continue the pregnancy also..
