I'm in my ninth month of pregnancy and I've been having a really hard time with constipation. Drinking a lot of water doesn't seem to help much. Even when I take 15ml of Duphalac syrup at night, I'm still struggling to pass stool and have to push really hard. Are there any home remedies or other suggestions you could give me to help with this?

I'm dealing with a lot of vaginal itching and burning right now, and I'm using itch guard which only seems to help for a short while. Could you please tell me what might be causing this and if there's something more effective I could try?

I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (Canesten) twice a day for 1-2 weeks. Additionally, you can take oral antihistamines like Cetirizine (Zyrtec) once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to maintain good hygiene and avoid using scented products in the genital area. If the symptoms persist, please consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried about my wife; she's in her 9th month of pregnancy and has been dealing with a cough that's turned into something more over the past couple of months. It started as a dry cough, but now she ends up vomiting in short bursts right after she coughs. She's been taking Sandocal, uprise D3 1k, Ferosyl, and Grilinctus cough syrup. We've also tried antibiotics prescribed by doctors, but nothing seems to help. Can anyone explain what's going on or give us some advice on what to do next?

Yes, continue same treatment.

I've recently had a medical termination and after 15 days, I found out there are retained products. My doctor used 2 tablets to help but I'm only feeling lower back pain and no other symptoms. How long until bleeding starts? Can retained products be expelled through bleeding, or will they come out with my period? Is it safe to wait until my next period for them to pass? I'm really worried and would appreciate some advice.
