I'm in my ninth month of pregnancy and I've been having a really hard time with constipation. Drinking a lot of water doesn't seem to help much. Even when I take 15ml of Duphalac syrup at night, I'm still struggling to pass stool and have to push really hard. Are there any home remedies or other suggestions you could give me to help with this?

Constipation is the most common problem with pregnancy,take warm water ealy in the morning,consume fibre rich foods and soo to help with Constipation,as you are pregnant do not strain too much

I had unprotected sex on April 6th and my girlfriend's last period started on March 8th. She's 21 and really doesn't want to be pregnant. It's April 13th now and her period still hasn't started. We're both worried. What should we do?
Firstly what you need to do is quit having sex with her this way. If she doesn't want to be pregnant and you don't want to take any responsibility, then why don't you use condom? Take her to a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
