I'm just kind of curious, how often is it considered safe to masturbate in a week? Like, I dont want to overdo it or harm myself in any way. Is there such thing as a limit I should be aware of? Hope you can help clarify this for me.

There is no strict "limit" for masturbation; it varies from person to person. Generally, it is safe if it doesn't interfere with your daily life, relationships, or responsibilities. Moderation is key, and if you feel any physical discomfort or emotional distress, its worth discussing with a doctor.

View allI've been having some trouble down there lately and it's starting to worry me. I've got these cuts on the inner joints of my penis, and it's making it really tough to pull back the skin. There's this big scar that's sometimes bleeding, and each time I pull the skin back, this white stuff builds up and I have to wash it away. This has been going on for about four days now. I've tried using Candid B cream, but it hasn't helped at all. I'm married, and I haven't had any unsafe sexual encounters. Interestingly, my wife's been dealing with some vaginal itching too, but she's fine now after using Candid B. Could you shed some light on what's happening with me?

my son has two 4mm stones one in the kidney and one in the ureter near the bladder should we consider laser surgery or try home remedies like drinking lots of water with lime and citrus first the report says the kidney size and shape are normal with minimal dilation and a 4mm stone in the mid pole region plus a 4.4mm stone at the ureter junction no other issues were noted
conservative tt is advised.
