I'm having trouble with breathing and a persistent cough, and it sometimes feels like my throat is tight. My doctor checked my chest X-ray and said everything looks fine. I've been taking Montemac FX and Spirodin 650 regularly. Can you help me figure out what might be going on or what else I could do?

View allI'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been smoking for a while, up to 3 packs a day for 21 years. I recently had a chest CT scan and the results mentioned something about "patchy air trapping bilaterally." I'm trying to understand what that actually means and if its related to my smoking. Should I be worried about this? Can you help explain it to me?
in alveoli the air trapping would have happened, it is due to high sputum production.

I've been dealing with this cough for almost three years and recently finished a course of doxolin 400, pan 40, and montek lc. It began as a dry cough, but now, for the past month, I've been experiencing a burning sensation in the center of my chest. What could be happening? Should I be worried about this chest burn?

I'm a bit concerned because I've never had any medical issues before, but for the last month or so, I've been getting out of breath really easily, even just walking a short distance or talking a lot. I used to be really active, going to the gym and doing cardio and weight training regularly until the end of last year. I'm curious if there's something going on with my health and what kind of remedies I should consider. Any thoughts on what might be causing this sudden breathlessness?
do chest xray
