I'm a bit concerned because I've never had any medical issues before, but for the last month or so, I've been getting out of breath really easily, even just walking a short distance or talking a lot. I used to be really active, going to the gym and doing cardio and weight training regularly until the end of last year. I'm curious if there's something going on with my health and what kind of remedies I should consider. Any thoughts on what might be causing this sudden breathlessness?

View allI'm really worried about my father's chest X-ray which shows black marks on it. What exactly could these be, and is there any way to get rid of them? The report mentions prominent broncho-vascular markings in both lung fields. Do you think practicing pranayama or meditation might help improve his condition?
yes it can improve , also take amoxicillin for secondary infections

I've noticed my SPO2 levels are usually around 92-94, especially after swimming, even if it's late in the evening. I have sleep apnea and I'm using the Foracort 200 inhaler twice a day. I used to have wheezing problems, but thankfully, that's not an issue anymore. Should I be worried about my oxygen levels getting worse because of sleep apnea? Is it normal for someone with this condition to have lower SPO2, and how much of a concern is this?
the SPO2 of 92 is okay. donot worry much ,if you are having any symptoms like breathlessness then contact a doctor

I'm really worried about my dad. His CT scan just showed that he has right-sided pleural effusion with a solid component, and there's something about subsegmental collapse consolidation. Could these findings mean he might have developed some kind of malignancy? I'm not sure what to think and could really use some guidance.
No we can't tell only on CT reports
