I'm having a swelling in the upper right abdomen since past 1 week. Getting nausea and feeling tired as well. I'm also having some back pain since 36 hours. Kindly suggest the way forward.

I recommend discussing your symptoms with your doctor, as a long-term management plan with the appropriate medication may be needed.

Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

Long-term use of Seroflo 250 (Salmeterol and Fluticasone) for 15 years may increase the risk of systemic side effects, including adrenal suppression, osteoporosis, and cataracts, but impotency is not a commonly reported side effect
