I'm having some trouble with shortness of breath and a watery mouth for the past three days. I've tried taking cetirizine and sinarest, but they don't seem to be helping. Any ideas on what might be going on or what I should do next?

View allI'm a bit worried. I recently had a plain CT scan of my chest at Apollo Hospital in Chennai and it came back with some concerns. When I went for a medical check-up for Kuwait, the doctor said I was unfit because of something they found on my chest X-ray. They mentioned something about an abnormal chest and blunting in the right chest CP angle, and there's this white scar on the downside of my chest. I was told there's no medicine for it. What should I do to resolve this issue?
The discrepancy between the Apollo Hospital CT scan and the Kuwait medical checkup chest X-ray results suggests a possible error or misinterpretation; the "blunting of right costophrenic angle" and "white scar" may indicate a benign, old, healed lesion or scarring, and since the doctor said no medicine is required, you may want to consider a second opinion or a repeat CT scan to confirm the findings and clarify your fitness for work in Kuwait.

I'm having some trouble with my breathing that's been going on for about 10-12 days. I'm constantly feeling the need to take deep breaths, yet exercising like jogging or using stairs doesnt seem to be a problem. It's odd because I'm yawning a lot during the day, and it seems to get worse at night. I'm really puzzled and a bit worried about what might be causing this. Could you help me understand what's going on?
ENT opinion is advised to the patient.

I struggle with breathing every April and October and need to use a Rotahaler in emergencies. I get a tight chest, wheezing, cough, and cold, and this happens with every change of the weather. Some doctors have mentioned it might be due to sinus issues. How can I manage or find relief from asthma or bronchitis?
