I'm going through IUI treatment and I had a couple of follicular sonographies. On the 14th day, my sonography showed a dominant follicle at 22mm in my right ovary. I'm a bit worried about whether that's big enough for successful egg fertilization. Could you help clear this up for me?

-A dominant follicle of 22mm on the 14th day is typically a good size for ovulation and fertilization. It's usually an indication that the egg is mature and ready for release, which is ideal for IUI. However, the success also depends on other factors like

Could you advise on the correct dosage of vitamin D I should be taking and how often I need to take it? I want to make sure I'm doing it right.

The recommended dose of vitamin D varies depending on age, deficiency level, and health status; generally, 600-800 IUday is recommended for adults, 1,000-2,000 IUday for deficient individuals, and 2,000-5,000 IUday for severe deficiencies; take vitamin D supplements with a fatty meal, preferably breakfast, and consider the following dosing schedules: - Mild deficiency: 600-800 IUday for 1-3 months - Moderate deficiency: 1,000-2,000 IUday for 3-6 months - Severe deficiency: 2,000-5,000 IUday for 6-12 months

I've been dealing with erectile dysfunction and went to see a doctor about it. He recommended I get tests for testosterone, vitamin B12, prolactin, and FSH. My results came back, showing testosterone at 2 ngml, vitamin B12 at 182 pgml, FSH at 2.99 mIUml, and prolactin at 7.21 ngml. I'm scheduled to see him on Thursday, but I'm feeling really anxious and worried. Is a testosterone level of 2 ngml considered critically low when the normal range is 2.8 to 8? I'm a 29-year-old male, 178 cm tall, and weigh 95 kg. I used to smoke. Can you give me any advice on this?

So I had an iui done on September 21st, and my doctor told me to take susten 200 day and night for 3 weeks. Recently, I've been having some stomach or leg pain like my period might be starting, and then I took a pregnancy test today, but it was negative. Does this mean my iui didn't work? Should I stop taking susten or keep going? Just feeling a bit confused about what to do next.
