I'm a female having issues with my sex life. I used to have a really healthy sexual relationship with my boyfriend, but for the past few months, I just haven't been feeling the urge to connect like before. It's been over six months now. I tried to get things going once, but ended up feeling pain which didn't happen earlier with the same partner. I'm kinda worried about what's going on with me and wondering what I can do to get things back to normal. Any ideas?

I've been told to take Supracal XT during my pregnancy, but I ended up with Supracal instead. What's the difference between the two? Should I be worried?

Potential Solutions* 1. *Weight Loss*: Losing weight through a healthy diet and exercise can help reduce breast tissue. 2. *Hormone Regulation*: Consult a doctor to check hormone levels and potentially address imbalances. 3. *Medications*: Certain medications, such as selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs), may help. 4. *Surgery*: In severe cases, surgical options like mastectomy or liposuction may be considered.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and having twins, and I'm 30 years old. I've been dealing with really bad itching and redness on my belly for the past 10 days, and it's especially rough at night because I can't sleep at all. My LFT came back with high levelsAlkaline phosphatase is at 346 IUL, G.P.T. is 105.2 IUL, and another one is 101.4 IUL. I'm taking Udiliv 150 three times a day, but it's not helping. I'm worried about what's causing this and if there's any risk to my babies. What should I do?

Your symptoms and elevated liver enzymes suggest intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP), a condition that can increase the risk of preterm birth, fetal distress, and stillbirth; consult your obstetrician to discuss the best course of action, which may include switching to ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) or adding antihistamines or topical creams to alleviate itching, and closely monitoring fetal well-being and liver function to ensure the health and safety of both you and your twins.
