I'm experiencing shortness of breath even though my chest X-ray and ECG came back normal. Could anxiety be causing this, or should I be worried about something else? What might be the issue?

View allI came down with covid about 18 days ago and ended up in the hospital for 5 days. I was admitted 4 days after my symptoms started, mostly high fever, though my sp02 was normal. My CRP levels were at 6 when I was admitted but after 5 days of treatment, they dropped to 0.69 so they sent me home. I'm on some meds now, including predmet 8mg, but I stopped taking it since it messed with my blood sugar. My chest CT scan showed 30-40% lung involvement. Should I be worried about developing lung fibrosis in the future?
you shouldn't suddenly stop any medicine. there are least chances of fibrosis
