I'm currently in my fifth month of TB treatment, and I've noticed that for the past week, I've been having a daily cough. It's not happening as often, but when it does, there's sputum. Should I be concerned about this, or is it something normal during treatment?

I'm having trouble breathing for the last couple of days. My chest just feels really heavy, and I'm needing to take deeper breaths than usual. I was in the hospital two months ago because of COVID, which led to COVID lung pneumonia. I've attached an X-ray taken two months after I was discharged. Can you tell me if I should have another CT scan or not?
