I'm a bit worried about my CT report that mentions I have a soft tissue pleural-based nodular lesion in the left upper lobe. It's measuring about 27x18x30 mm. I'm not sure if I should go for a biopsy or a PET scan next. Could you advise on what might be the best course of action?

View allI'm really worried about my friend. Theyve had this cough for about a month now, but no fever. We got some test results back, and one of them says "sputum AFB stain positive" with "acid-fast bacilli seen," while the other test indicates "no pathogenic organisms were isolated after 18-24 hours of incubation." I'm confused about whether my friend actually has TB or not. Could you help me understand what these results mean?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm curious about something that's been happening since I had Covid a couple of months ago. I've been noticing a drop in my stamina and I'm experiencing wheezing. It tends to get better when I'm active outdoors, but I still need my inhaler pretty often. Is this something that's going to stick around for a while, or can I expect it to improve eventually?
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.
