I'm a bit worried about the fumes from soldering since I do a bit of it at home, not regularly, just when needed. I don't really use any protection from the fumes, and I'm curious about how harmful they might be to my lungs. What kind of diseases could these fumes cause? Would a normal medical mask do anything to help with prevention? It's been hard finding much info on this, so I thought I'd ask here.

View allI've been dealing with lumbar radiculopathy and am finally in the recovery phase. I recently got my lipid profile done, and my triglycerides are at 180. Should I be worried about this level? What can I do to bring those numbers down?
A triglyceride level of 180 mgdL is slightly above the normal range. To reduce your triglyceride levels, you can make some lifestyle changes such as: - Following a healthy diet low in saturated fats, trans fats, and refined sugars - Increasing your intake of omega-3 fatty acids found in fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts - Exercising regularly - Limiting alcohol consumption - Quitting smoking if you smoke In addition to lifestyle changes, your doctor may also prescribe medication to help lower your triglyceride levels. One common medication used for this purpose is Atorvastatin (brand name Lipitor) at a dose of 10-80 mg once daily. It is important to follow your doctor's advice and attend regular follow-up appointments to monitor your progress.

My dad's been dealing with a bad cough and cold, and the doctor prescribed Clavam 625mg for him, which I know has Amoxycillin. But I remember his urine test from two years ago showed he's resistant to Amoxycillin. Should I be concerned about whether this medication will actually work for him?
Tab azithromycin 500mg,orally,once daily for 3 days is advised to the patient.

I've been having some swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck for about a month, and now I'm also noticing them on the right side. They're all at the back of my neck. I thought they'd go away, but they haven't and seem to be popping up in new spots. Now there are three in total. What should I do? Please help me out.
