I'm a bit worried about the fumes from soldering since I do a bit of it at home, not regularly, just when needed. I don't really use any protection from the fumes, and I'm curious about how harmful they might be to my lungs. What kind of diseases could these fumes cause? Would a normal medical mask do anything to help with prevention? It's been hard finding much info on this, so I thought I'd ask here.

I'm taking this renerve plus tablet, and it's honestly so huge that it hurts my throat when I try to swallow it. I'm wondering if it's okay to cut the capsule in half and take it that way?
