I'm a bit worried about the fumes from soldering since I do a bit of it at home, not regularly, just when needed. I don't really use any protection from the fumes, and I'm curious about how harmful they might be to my lungs. What kind of diseases could these fumes cause? Would a normal medical mask do anything to help with prevention? It's been hard finding much info on this, so I thought I'd ask here.

View allCat scratched my wrist, and I'm wondering if I just need to clean it or if there's a chance I need a vaccination. Should I be worried about tetanus or anything else? What should I do next?
It is important to clean the wound thoroughly with soap and water. Additionally, it is recommended to apply an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment to prevent infection. In this case, it would be advisable to get a tetanus vaccination if you have not had one in the last 5-10 years. You may also consider consulting with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and advice.

I'm trying to increase my B12 level from 200 to 900. Can you tell me how many 500 mcg doses I should take? And what's the best schedule for taking them?
1 tablet daily for 3 months would help, because, orally only 10% of consumed dose will be actively available, the remaining will be excreted, hence it takes long time to restore, also consume eggs and adequate quantity of meat, they are rich in B12.
