I'm dealing with asthma and have been for the past 5 years. I've been using Duolin Rotacap for some relief. Should I keep using it, or is there another medication that might help prevent my asthma symptoms?

I've had this cough with mucus for almost a month now, and it's really starting to worry me. The doctors say it's allergic bronchitis, and my x-ray showed something, but even with the medication, I feel like I'm only getting partial relief. I still hear this wheezing sound in my chest that makes it hard to breathe. They suggested checking for COVID, but when I called the helpline, they said I didnt have the symptoms. I'm honestly super confused about what to do next. Im willing to continue treatment but just need some answers about what's really going on. What should be my next steps?
