I was prescribed tacroz 0.1 tacrolimus for my psoriasis, but it's really pricey at 671rs for just 20g. I came across a couple of cheaper alternatives online, crolimate ointment and tacoseal 0.1. Can I use one of these, or is there another low-cost option you can suggest? I have psoriasis over most of my skin, and the expensive medicine is hard to keep up with. Any advice?

I've just had PRP therapy last week and I'm currently using minoxidil 5%. I'm wondering if it's okay to switch to a combo of minoxidil and aminexil after this? Could you give me some advice?

yes you can use it no problem,better get your dermatologist advise before starting it ,consume balanced diet with extra protien for healthy hair growth.

I got my nose pierced at the beginning of February. About two weeks later, I switched to a diamond stud and noticed there was still a bit of pain. Then a week after that, I noticed a bump forming where the piercing is, and it hasn't gone away since. I've tried all kinds of home remedies like saltwater soaks and applying various oils, which seem to reduce the bump sometimes, but it always comes back.
