Im 19 and I just found out that my eye prescription has increased from -1.5 to -2.00D in my left eye and from -3.25 to -3.5D in my right eye. I thought my vision would stabilize after 18, but every time I go to the doctor, it seems to be getting worse. Is this progressive myopia going to eventually stabilize? If so, at what age? Im really worried it will keep getting worse and end up becoming huge. I spend a lot of time on my phone and computer since Im studying computer science. Could that be affecting my eyes? Please help me understand whats going on.
