I have diagnosed with high BP for last 8 months . after taking stamlo 5 it was not control. but from last month i have started taking telma 20 along with stamlo. now its in the range of 180-18576-90 . but i am experiencing some problem like breathles...

Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
